We collect personal and identity data required to administer your concierge experience, including legal name, professional designation, and logistical requirements. The purpose is strictly limited to program delivery and clinical oversight. Subsurface identity data is tokenized and stored in high-security silos separated from biomass telemetry.

1. Executive Intake & Identity Data

Information Collected: Full legal name, executive email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, C-suite designation, time-zone demands, and lifestyle stress parameters.

2. Health, Diagnostic & Biomarker Telemetry

Information Collected: Sleep architecture metrics, continuous Heart Rate Variability (HRV) telemetry, diagnostic lab panels, medical history, and clinical session notes.
Purpose: To calibrate active homeopathic protocols, deliver health tracking via digital companions, and enable clinical oversight by specialized practitioners.

3. Technical & Transactional Data

Information Collected: Standard web browser metrics, IP address, device telemetry, and payment confirmation status.
Note: Financial transactions are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. ELIKYANZA does not store full credit/debit card details on its servers.

3. Health & Biomarker Governance

Your physiological data - including heart rate variability, sleep architecture graphs, and mitochondrial integrity reports - is classified as Sensitive Health Information. We use this data exclusively to calibrate your 90-Day Reset formulations and real-time circadian interventions. These biomarkers are processed through proprietary analytics engines; we do not share raw telemetry with any third-party advertising or insurance entities.

Given the sensitive nature of health data, ELIKYANZA enforces stringent safeguards:

Explicit Consent: Health and biomarker tracking is initiated only after explicit, affirmative consent provided during purchase or membership intake.
Zero Commercialization: Your health records, diagnostic lab reports, and wearable metrics are strictly isolated from advertising or commercial tracking systems.

We do not sell or monetize client data. Data is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with trusted partners under binding data processing agreements:

Clinical Practitioners: Authorized telehealth doctors and clinical health team members assigned to your specific protocol cohort.

5. Security Architecture & Retention

Records are retained for the duration of your active program and a post-audit period of three years, after which clinical data is permanently purged from our active biological servers, unless a longer retention period is mandated by clinical compliance laws.

Data Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 standards.
Access Control: Role-based access controls (RBAC) ensure that clinical data is restricted exclusively to authorized personnel handling your case.
Retention Policy: We retain clinical and biomarker telemetry only for the duration of your active program plus statutory medical record keeping periods. Upon request or program termination, data is securely archived or erased in compliance with statutory guidelines.

6. Your Rights & Data Control

You maintain total sovereignty over your health data. You have the right to request a complete export of your biomarker history, the right to rectify identity information, and the 'Right to be Forgotten' - resulting in the immediate and permanent erasure of all non-essential records from our systems.
